Wordsday Wednesday

This week wondrous word is overwhelmed!

Overwhelmed!

Overwhelmed is a verb. Oh yeah, since this word has an ed as a suffix it tells me that it is past tense. So the base word is overwhelm.

Overwhelmed means to take on too many task or overcome with emotion.

Last June, I was overwhelmed by the news that mom was having a baby.

Park and Paws

This week I drove to a town called Denison. They had a pawesome celebration!! Everything was all about dogs. They had competitions like cutest dog and best tail wagger. And a multitude of treats!!! I took the peeps and we were totally spent.

One of my favorite things was that I got to eat my first pupcake. It was delicious. This scrumptious pupcake was carrot and apple with peanut butter icing. Mom tried to get her camera out, but she was too late.

We met my friend Cannon Ball and V. Everyone wanted to pay attention to the puppy. That was okay with me cuz I was exhausted.
