Vet

Had a surprise visit to the vet! I like going to the vet. I started going to a new doctor because this guy is closer to the house. I got to meet lab triplets. My color my have blended in just fine but my size most def did not!

Wordless Wednesday

Tired

The other night we took a pack walk. Everything was going okay, but around a mile and a half I started to get super tired. Strange cuz I've competed in 5ks and I've ran 4 miles. I tried to lay down in a strangers yard. The rents were worried. I don't normally do that. They had to put me in the wagon for a while and give me all the water in the water bottle. They were so worried about me that they called our friends that live close by to see if I could drink out of there doggie bowls. Once I knew that friend were gonna see me I sucked it up! I wouldn't ride in the wagon and I most definitely would not be carried. When we got there I only had four drinks of water becuase I'm tough! Sometimes ya just don't feel like going very far. 

Breakfast

I'm waiting for Cheerios to drop. Please don't worry too much cuz it's pretty much a sure thing. 

Humid walk

Uhhgg...to night's walk was so humid. It makes my coat kink. It wasn't a very kind walk. Mainly because mom said, "I could act better than that." It was really my fault. A few pups in our community have had a jail break from thier homes. So tonight we ran across this fella.

He was a nice enough guy, but mom was  worried something about stranger danger. I keep hearing her bring that up. I dont think I've ever even met a stranger. Oh well. 

Grandma Skeet!

I went to visit my Grandma Skeet and Aunt Denise in Stanford! It wasn't so bad.   I like going for car rides and it was cool because even though I've only been to her house a few time I could remember the town. And I knew we were getting close to her house. Before we got there we stopped a Dairy Queen. I love a lot of thing but maybe one of my favorite this is to embarrass my rents. Dad was taking me to the grass so that I could got to the restroom. Here was my moment! We were about to walk across the drive thru line when a car pulled up they pulled up to take their order and I stopped and pooped! Hahaha!! Dad tried with all his might to make me go somewhere else. The he had to pick it up with spittle green baggie. At Skeet's it was the Roar Show so I didn't get a ton of attention but I did get some table scraps. So no complaints here. 

Our buddy Skippyjon Jones came with us. El es muy bueno amigo. 

Wordsday Wednesday

This weeks word is occasionally. Occasionally is an adverb.  One of the ways we know it's an adverb is because it ends with an ly. Occasionally means now and then or here and there. 

Occasionally, I let Roar show me affection. 

Last Thursday

I got to see Sully!! We had a blasty blast. I think the best part was mom wanted to go for a run and even though she was yelling No No No! I knew she ment Go Go Go!! It was all fun and games until Gaudy caught us.

5k time!!

I have been training to run 5ks.  I'm pretty good and Mom is okay.  I'm not going to lie I pretty much run the workouts. Punny? Anyways we got fifth in our age division. Plus, mom keeps bragging about how well behaved I was. There was a boxer who couldn't pass us because he kept wanting to talk to me.  His peep had to hand him off half way through. But yours truly went right over the finish line without any problems.

We remembered! Or am I hallucinating? Hallucination is the word today! Hallucinate means to perceive what is not there and it's a verb. However, hallucination is a noun.

Workaday Wednesday

Oh man it's been awhile since I've posted Wordsday Wednesday. So, I thought I would pick a word with a multitude of UMPH!

Our word today is quest. Bark bark TEACH.  Don't forget to say okay and teach your partner the word.   

Alrighty, the word quest is the only "q" we have. The word quest is a noun and it means the act of searching for something.  For example, Columbus went on a quest to find a new trading route to buy spices. Or one could say Martin Luther King Jr. was on a quest to racial freedom. 

  

I was on a quest to find the lost bone of the ancient wolf. 

To all my fur friends when quest is used as a verb it can mean bark with prolonged noises, of dogs. I thought that was pretty pawesome!

Christmas break is over

I love my rents. They tell me that Roar is my best friend. The verdict is still out cuz she is too unpredictable. But I guess she is okay for now.

I love playing at the park. Smelling new smells and sliding down slides is where it's at. Get up and play!
