Wordsday Wednesday

This weeks word is occasionally. Occasionally is an adverb.  One of the ways we know it's an adverb is because it ends with an ly. Occasionally means now and then or here and there.

Last Thursday

I got to see Sully!! We had a blasty blast. I think the best part was mom wanted to go for a run and even though she was yelling No No No! I knew she ment Go Go Go!! It was all fun and games until Gaudy caught us.

5k time!!

I have been training to run 5ks.  I'm pretty good and Mom is okay.  I'm not going to lie I pretty much run the workouts. Punny? Anyways we got fifth in our age division. Plus, mom keeps bragging about how well behaved I was. There was a boxer who couldn't pass us because he kept wanting to talk to me.  His peep had to hand him off half way through. But yours truly went right over the finish line without any problems.

Wordsday Wednesday!!

We remembered! Or am I hallucinating? Hallucination is the word today! Hallucinate means to perceive what is not there and it's a verb. However, hallucination is a noun.  

Am I hallucinating or is Dad grumpy?

Workaday Wednesday

Oh man it's been awhile since I've posted Wordsday Wednesday. So, I thought I would pick a word with a multitude of UMPH!

Our word today is quest. Bark bark TEACH.  Don't forget to say okay and teach your partner the word.   

Alrighty, the word quest is the only "q" we have. The word quest is a noun and it means the act of searching for something.  For example, Columbus went on a quest to find a new trading route to buy spices. Or one could say Martin Luther King Jr. was on a quest to racial freedom. 

  

I was on a quest to find the lost bone of the ancient wolf. 

To all my fur friends when quest is used as a verb it can mean bark with prolonged noises, of dogs. I thought that was pretty pawesome!

Christmas break is over

I love my rents. They tell me that Roar is my best friend. The verdict is still out cuz she is too unpredictable. But I guess she is okay for now. 

Bark for the park!

I love playing at the park. Smelling new smells and sliding down slides is where it's at. Get up and play!
