Wordsday Wednesday!

We are back in action! Early release today so I hope Mom doesn't forget to read my blog to the kiddos. She's been extra  forgetful lately.

Today's terrific word is elusive. Elusive is an adjective that means hard to catch. This 18th century word originated in a famous dead language. What is the dead language I am referring to?

I was trying to be elusive by hiding under the covers.

  5. Elusive- you mean like the time we were at the cabin and we took off running through mud and mom and your mom couldn't catch us. Boy were we ever elusive and in trouble.

    Aroo to you,
    Sully
